Aware Oasis is an inclusive community dedicated to providing an opportunity to experience and live a rich, authentic life by bringing the benefits of mindful living to all people through education, practice and social interaction.  Instruction is provided in formal meditation practices, informal mindfulness behaviors, movement practices, cultivation of positive emotions, dealing with negative emotions, developing resilience, improving relational abilities, methods of stress reduction, increased proficiency/productivity, deepening self-awareness, and enhancing overall well-being.


We are passionate in our commitment to establish a community for all people to enjoy the pursuit of realizing their full potential as human beings.
